  • Typically, tracking information is updated as soon as the order ships. If you still don’t see any updates, please contact us promptly.

Payment & Order


  • Your connection may have been interrupted during checkout, or your card may have been declined. Please review the details below.
    If you’re unable to pay by card:

    • Check whether you’ve reached your credit limit or if your card balance is sufficient.
    • Make sure the card number, CVC code, and expiration date are entered correctly.
    • Verify that the billing information is accurate.
      If you still can’t complete the payment after checking the above, please contact aftersales@haolota.top and we’ll help you as soon as possible.
  • Order processing can take 1–3 business days, with delivery typically completed within 7–15 days. This schedule may be adjusted during holidays.

  • Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us by email with the email address or recipient details related to your order, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

  • Please contact customer service as soon as you notice the error. We can help change the address only if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Once the package is in transit, the shipping address cannot be modified. To avoid delays, please provide the correct address information when you reach out.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

    • Standard Shipping / Free Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • International Shipping: 10–15 business days
    • Free shipping on orders over $30 (standard shipping rate is $5.99).

Returns & Exchanges


  • HAOLOTA does not cover return shipping costs for product returns.

  • Please contact our after-sales email address, and we’ll handle it promptly.

  • Refunds for returned products are processed after the item arrives at our warehouse. Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to be issued.

Product Use & Care


    1. Make sure the lenses don’t come into contact with hard surfaces. Store your glasses in their case wrapped in a microfiber cloth to prevent scratches.
    2. Avoid leaving glasses in the car, as high temperatures may damage the lens coating or warp the frame.
    3. After wearing your glasses at the beach or in a pool, saltwater or chlorine may leave residue on the lenses or corrode metal parts. Be sure to dry them immediately with a clean microfiber cloth.
